What it is for

Nottinghamshire County Council are procuring a Framework Agreement for the provision of equipment based solutions for people with care and support needs in Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City). The Framework is configured in the following lots:\r \r Lot 1 - Stairlifts\r Lot 2 - Ceiling Track Hoists\r Lot 3 - Through Floor / Vertical Lifts\r Lot 4 - Step Lifts\r Lot 5 - Modular Ramps\r \r Suppliers under this Framework Agreement will be responsible for the purchasing, installation and warranty of equipment in line with the requirements of the specification.\r \r In addition to Nottinghamshire County Council, the Framework Agreement will also be available for use by the following councils:\r \r • Ashfield District Council\r • Bassetlaw District Council\r • Broxtowe Borough Council\r • Gedling Borough Council\r • Mansfield District Council\r • Newark & Sherwood District Council\r • Rushcliffe Borough Council\r \r The duration of the Framework Agreement is 3 years with the potential to extend for up to a further 2 years, making the maximum potential term of the Framework Agreement 5 years.\r \r The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is £5,000,000 per year, however there is no guaranteed spend.
