What it is for

Nottinghamshire County Council (the 'Authority') is seeking to add further experienced Providers of care home services (not individual care homes unless the Provider operates a single care home only) to their Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be used to establish 'Call-off Contracts' with Providers who offer placements to older individuals, usually aged 65 and over, in CQC registered establishments located in Nottinghamshire (including Nottingham City).\r \r A Framework Agreement is an agreement between the Authority and one or more Providers, the purpose of which is to establish the terms governing Call-off Contracts to be awarded under the Framework Agreement during a given period.\r \r The Framework Agreement will be available for use by the following 'Customers':\r \r • Nottinghamshire County Council\r \r • NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Partnership (formerly NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire CCG and NHS Bassetlaw CCG)\r \r Call-off Contracts with Providers under this Framework Agreement may be formed by the Customers for new placements as well as existing placements in care homes in Nottinghamshire with the aim of bringing all care home arrangements under the Framework Agreement terms and conditions.\r \r Call-off Contracts for 'Out of County' placements to care homes operated by Providers who are a party to the Framework Agreement may also be made under the terms of the Framework Agreement.
