What it is for

Cannock Chase District Council (CCDC) has run a Further Competition via ESPO framework agreement no. 203_25 Technology enabled care (Telecare) products and associated services under Lot 1.1. CCDC has awarded a supplier to assist the Council in the provision of a Telecare Alarm Service, which includes a 24-hour monitoring service for sheltered housing schemes and Council housing. The Supplier will also provide out-of-hours telephone call answering and lone working monitoring services. The Council manage approximately 5,000 mixture social housing dwellings - ranging from 1-3 bed flats, 1- 3 bed bungalows, 2-4 bed houses and 4 Independent Living schemes across the District of Cannock Chases in a geographical area of a 10 mile radius across the towns. Council tenants who met criteria for a social alarm are offered a basic telecare device.
