What it is for
The Fund wishes to provide employees with a Healthcare Cash Plan (HCP). This would allow colleagues to claim money back on everyday healthcare costs, such as dental, optical and therapy treatments. The provision of a HCP enables the Fund to make a positive impact on colleagues' physical, mental and financial wellbeing and to show that they are valued. The service would include an online claims process and support service. This is a key benefit for colleagues and plays a part in retaining valued colleagues whilst attracting new people to the Fund.
