What it is for

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) (The Council) for the provision of lift maintenance services at various domestic and non-domestic sites owned or leased by the Authority. The Authority is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified entities (the 'Tenderer') for the provision of lift maintenance services at various domestic and non-domestic sites owned or leased by the Authority. The service to be provided includes the inspection, testing, maintenance, and servicing of the mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment comprising passenger / goods lifts installed at various domestic and non-domestic sites owned or leased by Ashfield District Council, in accordance with the enclosed specification, current Legislation and British Standards; including provision for associated repair works as may be required as follows: Emergency callouts in the event of failure of critical plant items; and Receipt of daily test signals from auto dialler equipment where installed. Contract length: 2 years (1st April 2026 - 31st March 2028) with the possibility of a further 1 year extension. Estimated Contract Value: £43,000.00 for the 3 years, excluding VAT.
