What it is for

Curo are inviting bids for traditional block cyclical decorations, maintenance & repairs. This Contract will comprise of various repair and decoration works to Curo properties. The exact scope of works for each property will depend on what works are identified / needed and Curo's planned programme of works. The initial term of the contract is for a 24 month period with the option to extend by a further 12 months, subject to contractor performance. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
