What it is for

Void Property Cleaning, Clearance and Specialist Cleaning Framework This framework of contracts will deliver cleaning, specialist cleaning and clearance services to void Curo properties across the South West region of England. Services will need to be delivered by the dates requested, and to the quality required in line with Curo's lettable standard. The quality of the cleans/clearances and time taken to turnaround a void property is a key objective and will mark the success of each contract. The contracts shall be on an initial term of three years with a possible one-year extension (subject to performance). Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until. Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`).
