OS has four offices located around the UK. Explorer House is the OS Head Office based in Southampton, Hampshire. The London office is based in Sutton Yard, London. There are two field offices in the UK. OS Head Office (Explorer House) is a freehold office. This site plays a vital role in business operations and reflects the OS values of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence. OS moved to a BREEAM excellent, state of the art building in 2010. The Property is a state of the art purpose built facility on 15.75 acre site which can accommodate up to approximately 1,000 personnel. The building has a GIA of 15,669m² and total NIA of 13,898m². The OS open plan office serves the business well, with copious amounts of breakout space and meeting rooms, including external conference facilities and an ancillary building that houses 100 cycles and changing / showering facilities to support the business' outdoor and wellbeing agendas. Landscaped grounds surround the building which gives a picturesque outlook onto the local wildlife, with ample on-site parking for staff and visitors alike.
