What it is for
Call off and award under the Manchester City Council Small Works Framework. Works comprising: • Collingham House internal room reconfiguration and building refurbishment. • Occupational Health Unit building conversion and new build extension to create a stores function facility. • Headquarters Reception single use toilet conversion. • Other general building refurbishment requirements While the PCSA fee was being collated, design elements proceeded under a Letter of Intent issued in December 2025; the PCSA was agreed and signed March 2026.
