What it is for

Link Treasury Services Ltd, trading as Link Group (Link), is managing the Framework on behalf of South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) and Links Clients. Link invited tenders for organisations to participate in a 48-month Agreement for the supply, conversion, lease and maintenance of Ambulance and Specialist Vehicles and associated equipment. SECAmb and all Link clients will use the Framework Agreement. It may also be used by all other contracting authorities in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It is defined in Regulation 2 of the UK statutory Instrument Public Contract Regulations 10 and detailed in Attachment 1 ("Contract Authorities"). The Framework Agreement covered 8 Lots. Bidders could submit a tender for one or more lots.
