What it is for
FSCS are relocating to a new central London office and FSCS therefore require design and build fit out services to procure their new premises. The project will include the full CAT-B fit out of a circa 10,000 - 20,0000 sq ft of Central London office space, procured under a JCT Design and Build 2024. This will include design and installation of all typical mechanical and electrical equipment for an office, supply and install of desks, chairs and IT desktop equipment, partitioning, break-out areas and some cellularised spaces. The project will include the installation of a communications room that will include fire protection systems, air conditioning systems, leak detection, UPS and a potential standby generator to be located in an area to be confirmed with the landlord. The requirement for a stand by generator will be confirmed within the ITT. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Please note this is a below threshold tender process.
