What it is for

The procurement aims to contract with a single provider to deliver the Councils requirements for Pre-Fabricated Steel Access Ramps, steps and handrails to its eligible residents.\r The aim of the project will be to have a suitably qualified and experienced provider who will supply, install and manage and maintain spare stock of the access ramps, steps and handrails on the Councils behalf.\r The Contractor will assist in the design and recommend the Council of the most appropriate solution for its clients, install the equipment to a high and safe standard and control any spare or second hand stock in its own warehousing facility.\r The contract will incorporate DFG and HIA requirements to create a contract which covers both client departments. \r
