The work package is to redevelop the existing site to accommodate Chorley Council Depot Services which will be relocated from the existing depot currently operated from the Bengal Street site in Chorley. The works in summary will involve: *refer to preliminaries and appendices for further detail: Redevelopment of 2 existing units on site referred to as Building A and B on the architect plans Building A is to be redeveloped to accommodate welfare facilities, office provision and workshop on the ground floor. Building B - to support the accommodation of vehicle storage and secure internal storage areas. Wider hardstanding areas to be redeveloped to deliver Waster Transfer Area Parking and Circulation space for traffic flow As part of the pre-construction services package of works we will be seeking to explore opportunities
