As the implementation of The Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2025 ('Awaab's Law') approaches, this contract is required to supplement existing provision from the incumbent primary supplier in order to meet demand and ensure compliance with the timeframes set out by the new legislation. The work will be ad hoc due to the nature of the contract and there will no stated volumes of work or obligation to spend. This contract was procured as a direct award under Lot 8 of Fusion 21's Building Improvements Framework 2024-28 (Contract Notice 2023/S 000-025888).
