What it is for

This Service aims to enhance the academic progress of all pupils in Lincolnshire schools from EYFS to KS2 through developing systems to support and improve the assessment of learning and learning mechanisms, thus responding to children's academic and personal development needs (Enhanced AfL).There will be a particular focus on the achievement of disadvantaged pupils, as the gaps in attainment and progress of these pupils compared with their peers remains larger in Lincolnshire than that seen Nationally. This shall be evidenced through the numbers of pupils achieving GLD and through the expected standard of attainment reached by the end of KS2 and subsequent GCSE performance.\r The Service will enhance the school improvement offer provided by the Teaching School Hub as part of the sector led model operating in the County.
