Hull City Council (The Authority) has set up a framework for Supply of Civil Engineering Products and has appointed MKM Building Supplies Limited as supplier for Lot 1, Lot 2a, Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5; Glasdon UK Limited - as secondary supplier for Lot 2a and Clifford Engineering Hull Limited - as supplier for Lot 7. Lot 2b and Lot 6 are not awarded and will be re-tendered. The opportunity was advertised as an open competitive procedure consisting of one stage process. The Authority enters into Contracts for a period of 3 years with the successful Tenderers, with an option to extend for a period of 12 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services/ Goods to be £475,000 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
