Seetec require a provider who can deliver ESOL, Functional Skills, digital skills, employability, and employment enabling accreditations attached to employers with guaranteed interviews. Training will be delivered across the Southwest and Uxbridge for unemployed learners looking to move back into work. ESOL and Functional Skills needs to include elements of employability to ensure that the focus remains on finding employment. Overall objective is to improve learners' level of English to in turn, improve their employment prospects. Learners are on programme for a limited time, so the teaching needs to be intensive to reduce the time taken to complete the qualification. Learners will be various different nationalities, and the teaching needs to accommodate different levels of capability.
