Keystone Developments (LG) Limited invites tenders from suitably experienced organisations who demonstrated knowledge, skill and innovation in delivering professional consultancy services to support the Consortium members new build and extra care housing development and development refurbishment projects. The works are in relation to the Consortium members current and future development project. Works will be delivered under a Framework Agreement for a maximum of 4 years: which will run for an initial period of 4 years.
