What it is for

The South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) invites tenders for construction services related to the ongoing extension of the Centurion Way. The SDNPA is seeking qualified contractors to perform conservation and repair work at the former Singleton railway station site in West Sussex. This project aims to extend the public footpath known as Centurion Way, which links Chichester and Midhurst along the route of the former railway. The work is scheduled to begin in early 2025 and must be completed by the end of April. The works include temporary and enabling works including site clearance further to repairs to the two former passenger platforms that will flank the footpath and safety measures to the face of the concrete retaining wall:
