What it is for
The programme brings together a group of 8-10 senior leaders who go through an intense process of introspection and leadership development.Participants delve deeply into their learned patterns of behaviour and explore how these can be changed. The programme is based on the principle of building self-leadership: participants learn to take responsibility for themselves and their own responses to situations and through that, to improve their judgement.
