What it is for

EMH requires cleaning services in office buildings. The existing contract expires on 31 August 2024. The offices that require cleaning are: ? Memorial House, Whitwick Business Park, Stenson Road, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 4JP. This is group head office, a three storey site used for agile working, with bookable hot desks, meeting rooms and conference facilities. This site presently also has an extended lunch time cleaning service between the hours of 12:00 and 14:00. ? Longfield House, Hallam Fields Road, Ilkeston, Derbyshire DE7 4DE. This is a two storey site with a combination of agile working spaces and offices. The tender process will be as follows: Selection stage ? All organisations expressing an interest in the tender are able to access this invitation to tender document and submit a selection questionnaire to apply to be shortlisted to be invited to tender. During this stage there is no specific clarification period, although suppliers may ask basic questions about the requirement. ? After the deadline for submission of selection questionnaires, submissions will be evaluated against the stated criteria. EMH reserves the right to disqualify any submission which is incomplete. Suppliers will either be shortlisted and invited to tender, or advised that they have not been successful. The selection questionnaire can be found as Part C of this document. When submitting a selection questionnaire then this section of the document should be completed, and the full document submitted via the tender portal.
