What it is for

Window Replacement: The existing glazed aluminium windows are to be replaced with new commercial grade aluminium thermally efficient double-glazed units in new thermally broken aluminium frames. The works require making good to each window for a full and complete installation. The Main Contractor is required to programme and co-ordinate the work of all subcontractors and should plan for the works to be completed in 4 weeks. The works must be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and other tender documents which will ensure the obligations set out under planning permission relating to the window replacement are met.
