The Contracting Authorities vision is for Children's Community Health Services to meet the needs of children and young people in Surrey (and parts of the geography covered by NHS Frimley ICB), reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for children and young people. A single operating model that provides services at home, within neighbourhoods and across Surrey (and parts of the geography covered by NHS Frimley ICB), connecting and integrating with the wider children's services and support is key to delivery.
