What it is for

Homes England introduced a new pay and grading structure, enabling us to align our pay ranges to the market. We are now looking to build on this foundation and design a pay progression mechanism which will enable colleagues to develop their skills and progress within their pay range.\r \r Homes England are within scope of the Civil Service pay remit guidance which sets out strict criteria for pay awards and requirements for pay progression business cases (pay flexibility business cases).\r \r We are seeking to develop an approach for pay progression that is affordable and fair and drives the development of the skills we need to meet our strategic objectives. The approach will need to also demonstrate value for money and compliance with the requirements set out within the civil service pay remit guidance.\r \r This competition is being completed under CCS MCF3 Framework (Lot 5 - HR).
