It must be fully completed before an individual is permitted access to (a) unescorted access to Homes England premises; (b) a Common Civil Service Pass; (c) official electronic equipment; (d) access to the corporate digital network, including through their own device via Microsoft Office 365; or (e) access to material classified OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE (other than what is required for their own recruitment).
