What it is for

Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking to commission a provider to lead the development, implementation and delivery of a targeted Stop Smoking Service in Hartlepool that provides appropriate, evidence based support for smokers who want to quit. This will include: brief advice, access to smoke free apps, signposting support to encourage people who are able to self-help and, for those in the priority groups, this will include additional access to specified nicotine-only pharmacotherapy (i.e., excluding bupropion/varencicline or other products at this time, however supply of these should be given in accordance with NICE Guidance) for those who smoke, or vape support alongside behavioural support as part of a smoking pathway offer.\r \r Please refer to Procontract e-tendering system - \r \r Title: Provision for Targeted Stop Smoking Services\r Reference:- DN 722755\r \r
