What it is for
Phase 2 of the Rapid Winter Productivity Support provided by IMPOWER. The predominant focus of the work will be on delivering a range of interventions on all Health and Care of Older People (HCOP) wards, with a focus on reducing the length of stay, whilst maintaining good discharge outcomes.
