Support Worcestershire County Council with their Local Transport Plan The way people travel is influenced by factors such as proximity to services, trip purpose, and the quality of digital and transport infrastructure. Therefore, Local Transport Plan 5 will need to deliver an agreed vision and a set of objectives and outcomes that will be focused on a number of core themes that includes sustainability, inclusion and safety whilst reflecting local community themes. The new Local Transport Plan (LTP5) will need to focus transport investment across the county over the defined period, and how we will work with partners to contribute to achieving our economic, environmental and social ambitions.
