What it is for

NS&I has a requirement for management consultancy SME support on Consumer Duty phase 1 embedding/industry early best practices and Consumer Duty phase 2 gap analysis and business readiness. The initial contract will be for a period of 8 months with an option to extend by a further period of 6 months if required. Contract charges will be comprised of two elements: i) fixed price for the majority of the project; and ii) via a rate card for any additional services where required. **Contract awarded following a further competition via Crown Commercial Service RM6187 Management Consultancy framework** Additional information: Award notice amended 09/08/2024 due to additional work required, as stated in the initial procurement documentation. NS&I requires further support from the Supplier relating to further due diligence / discovery activities plus delivery and project work. Value of additional services: £71,891.00 exc VAT.
