The scope is inclusive of but not limited to: • Selective clearance of existing shrub beds, preparation of new beds, initial management of existing overgrown grass area. • Supply & planting of shrubs, bulbs, grasses, turf & perennials and seeding of grassed area. • Supply of all topsoil and peat free compost. • Commitment to a five-year maintenance programme.
