As we look to the future, our focus is on optimising our existing investment in ServiceNow. This tender process is initiated to secure a new licensing agreement that not only provides the best possible value for money for our current usage but also offers a clear, cost-effective path for future growth and the adoption of emerging technologies, including advanced AI capabilities.
