What it is for

The procurement of Project Management Services including Cost Management, Development Management and Advisory Business Case Development to co-ordinate and deliver pre-construction activities that will ultimately result in the formulation of services infrastructure and remediation plans for 4 plots of land at the University of Wolverhampton Science Park (measuring 2.13 hectares), collectively known as Six Mile Green and benefiting from Investment Zone priority site designation. These pre-construction / enabling works will help to address site abnormals and reduce viability gap resulting in oven ready serviced and remediated development platforms for future development by private sector for design and build projects that will create up to 12,000sqm business innovation space and 445 associated jobs, levering £22m investment. The costs are fully funded by the secured Investment Zone capital grant of £750k for the Green Innovation Corridor Six Mile Green project. This is a call off CCS RM6088.
