What it is for

The council has a statutory duty to service and maintain all housing heating systems. The council maintains a number of district heating systems and communal boilers which heat flats, sheltered housing blocks and commercial properties. A Direct Award has been made via a call-off from a Framework with Eastern Procurement Limited (EPL).
