What it is for

***Modification of the Contract*** Contract Variation PS23376 001 has extended the initial contract term from the 31st December 2024 to the 30th June 2025. The contract value remains unchanged. ***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6126 Research and Insights Framework. Brief Description of Requirement The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) is commissioning an independent evaluation of the International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF) to provide evidence to understand how the scheme was delivered and experienced (through process evaluation), the extent to which the scheme achieved its stated longer-term impacts (impact evaluation) and represents value for money (VfM) to the public purse (VfM evaluation). ISPF is designed to enable potential and foster prosperity. It puts research and innovation at the heart of our international relationships, supporting UK researchers and innovators to work with peers around the world on the major themes of our time. The fund is managed by DSIT and delivered by a consortium of the UK's leading research and innovation bodies. The ISPF was developed to bring DSIT international funding, both Official Development Assistance (ODA) and non-ODA, under a single structure, enabling strategic alignment and coherence across the entire DSIT international funding portfolio.
