What it is for

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). Blackwater Rail bridge has been assessed as substandard with respect to the service bay slab. The scope of this is to evaluate the existing assessments and feasibility study and decide, the most feasible option to strengthen the bridge. It should be noted that Trief kerbs are not desirable on this route. Upon deciding on most appropriate solution an AIP will be produced. The following items will be required: - Production of feasibility design, preliminary agreements and AIP documentation. Upon agreement of the AIP a further commission may be issued for detailed design.
